Most of the ingredients are freshly supplied by local farmers and fishermen (with some quality imported meats and ingredients), which have been delicately sourced to maintain sustainable practices. As part of Balique Restaurant’s commitment to sustainability, the restaurant also creates plastic-free environments and collaborates with raw material suppliers who do not use single-use plastic.
